We know how big a deal adding a new member to your family can be, so we provide up to sixteen (16) weeks of paid parental leave for eligible employees to bond with a child after birth or placement for adoption or foster care within the first twelve (12) months after the birth or placement. In addition, we provide an additional four (4) weeks of Parental Leave for eligible primary caregivers to bond with a child after childbirth or related medical condition.
